The City of Calgary: Southland Leisure Centre

Southland Leisure Centre is an all-in-one stop for tons of family fun! The indoor waterpark features a wave pool, waterslides, dive tank, kiddie pool, hot tub, steam room and Aqua Play structure including water guns, slides and dump buckets.

Other amenities include; hockey arenas, fitness studio and weight room, gymnasium, rock climbing, gymnastics gym, racquetball and squash courts, and more. Southland is also a destination for birthday parties, day camps, and has babysitting available.

Public Swim times* (effective July 2, 2010):

Monday - Thursday: 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Friday, July 16 & Aug. 16 only: 11 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Friday: (Youth only, 11 - 17 yrs.) 7:30 - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Sunday: (Family swim only) 9 a.m. - noon
Sunday: noon - 6 p.m.

*When swim lessons are not running (e.g. during school breaks, session breaks), Public Swim is available during the usual lesson times: Monday - Thursday: 9 - 11 a.m.
